Privacy Policy

We collect as little as possible, use it only to deliver what you bought, and delete it when you ask. Here are the specifics.

1. What we collect

When you buy the kit, we collect your answers to the 15-question intake form:

  • your practice name and address,
  • staffing counts,
  • whether you stock controlled substances (and related setup questions), and
  • the email address to deliver your documents to.

Payment details: payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. The checkout page is operated by Stripe and covered by Stripe's own privacy policy.

When you just visit the site, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless — it gives us aggregate page-view counts without tracking individual visitors. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or fingerprinting.

2. How we use your information

Your intake answers are used solely to generate your purchased documents and to send you regulatory-update notices during your coverage period. That's it. Specifically:

  • We never publish your information — not in marketing material, website content, testimonials, or anywhere else.
  • We never sell your information, to anyone, for any reason.
  • We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.

3. Where your data lives, and who processes it

We use a small number of service providers ("processors"), each only for its narrow job:

  • Stripe — processes your payment. We receive confirmation of the order and your email — never your card number.
  • Resend — sends our transactional email (document delivery, update notices, receipts).
  • Cloudflare — hosts the website, routes inbound email to support@, and provides cookieless site analytics.
  • GitHub — order records and intake answers are stored in a private repository, accessible only to us.

We do not share your data with anyone else unless required by law.

4. How long we keep it, and how to delete it

We keep your intake answers and email so we can send you update notices and regenerate your documents if you ask. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@vetcompliancekit.com. We will delete your intake answers and remove you from all emails. We may retain the minimal transaction record (date, amount) needed for tax and accounting.

5. Emails we send

  • Purchase and product emails: document delivery, receipts, regulatory-update notices during your coverage period, and one renewal offer near the end of your 12 months. These relate directly to the product you purchased.
  • Marketing emails: we don't currently send any. If we ever do, they will include a working unsubscribe link and our postal address, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act, and unsubscribing will never affect your product emails or update coverage.

7. A few final notes

  • Our product and site are for businesses and are not directed at children.
  • We may update this policy; the current version and its effective date will always be posted here. If a change materially affects how we handle intake data, we'll email existing customers.
