Refund Policy

The policy

30 days. No questions asked. Every request approved.

If you're not happy with your kit for any reason — or no reason — email us within 30 days of purchase and you get a full refund. We don't ask why, we don't push back, and we don't make you jump through hoops. Refund requests are approved automatically.

How to request one

Email support@vetcompliancekit.com from the email address you used at checkout (or just reply to your delivery email) and say you'd like a refund. That's the whole process.

Your refund goes back to your original payment method through Stripe. It typically appears in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What it covers

• The Veterinary Compliance Kit ($149): refundable within 30 days of purchase.
• The optional annual renewal ($99/year, if you ever choose to buy one): refundable within 30 days of that charge, same rules.

There is no auto-renewal on anything we sell, so you'll never need a refund for a charge you didn't deliberately make.

What happens after a refund

Your license to use the documents ends with the refund, so we ask that you delete your copies. Update notices stop. If you change your mind later, you're welcome to purchase again.

As described in our Terms of Service, a refund is the sole remedy we offer for any issue with the kit.
